HIIT Workout Shoes
I was doing Insanity workouts for a while and did them barefoot because I thought it would allow me to grip the floor more, but I suspect it's exacerbated my over-pronation, and my knees feel threadbare. Some recommend flat shoes like Vans so your ankles will help with stabilization, while others suggest cross trainers for side-to-side support. For those who do HIIT workouts, what shoes do you wear when you are working out?

Honestly Susan Chaika I prefer doing it barefoot. Best grip that way.
BUT, if I did have to wear shoes, Brooks Ghost 11 have been my go to. I've got bunions yet it is so comfy and lightweight.
