Looking for stylish sneakers

Hi Friends - I'm headed to Europe for a solo trip for two weeks and want to look stylish while also being comfortable. Haven't found any great shoe options unfortunately so any recommendations for some cute and comfy shoes? Here's an example of what I've found that is close to what I'm looking for, but hopefully just a bit less casual.

  One of my go to's is a loafer. It basically feels like a sneaker but looks a little more polished. Something like this might be nice
