Cute alternatives to Crocs? Do they exist?

Does anyone know of cute alternatives to crocs? 
A girlfriend of mine loves crocs. Bless her. 

I want to introduce her to other more comfy & better looking shoes. I know crocs are comfy but that's the only plus I can see.

Was considering Birkens... Any other brands she should be considering?
