Ballet heels?

Ballet flats are cute. But when I google "ballet heels", the options are a bit ridiculous. Does anyone have recommendations for something much more in between?

  Whoa how can anyone walk in those?? I have a pair of ballet lace-up block heels that I absolutely love.... and probably more comfortable than that other pair.

  The stiletto ones look very Lady Gaga-esque. Ankle breakers for sure.
