Can I reroute my order if I ordered it to the wrong place?

I accidentally sent my new shoe order to my old address - wondering if anyone has had this issue before? Can I reroute it to my new address or ask for an in-store pick up after it's already shipped?

  Looks like this got escalated as ticket #11405 and was resolved.
